Refunds and Cancellations

European Automotive Training Private Limited's Refund and cancellation policies

Before Course Commencement

A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made in writing at least 15 days prior to the start date of the course. If request received within 15 days 50% of paid amount shall be refunded.

After Course Commencement

No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced, regardless of attendance.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
• In case of payment gateway failures or technical issues, refunds will be processed as soon as the issue is resolved.
• This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
